So I didn't pull the trigger on the 10. After further inspection, it did have prior frame damage. Back to the drawing board.

Found an 08 in Illinois with exec seating II and black on black will keep you posted

Guess it's a good thing I didn't go for it either. The back exec package is nice. I have a friend drive me while I recline and have the seat massage going.

I believe that on the non-Executive models, the massage feature needs to be in the driver's seat.

you'd figure theyd put it into the driver and passenger seat as well to compete with the s class and 7 series but i'd say overall im happy with my purchase. didnt really need a panoramic roof anyway. i never use my sunroof to begin with but i kinda like having the feature.
