I could be wrong but I think the prices for the Bendix rotors have gone up since then. I couldn't find them cheaper than $60-70 per front rotor a couple of weeks ago.

Hmmmm......cant find them any more either. I go them from an Ebay merchant called Autopartstomorrow. You should send them a message on Ebay and see if he can hook you up. As for other brands, Ebay has these:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-Front-Premium-335-mm-OE-Replacement-Quality-Brake-Disc-Rotors-/111471970449?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3ALS460&hash=item19f43f4891&vxp=mtr
Only 70 bucks and I believe they have a warping warranty as well.

Thanks Roadfrog! I don't see who makes these whereas I have used Bendix before.

Anyone recommend Bendix or Centric?

Hello all. Been a long time. One question about the rotor sizes. I have a 2007 LWB and was wondering what size rotor it used? I checked the ebay sellerr posted by roadfrong and I see 315mm, 335mm and 357mm. One I saw said for L and touring package models but that doesnt make sense. I thought the SWB and the LWB shared the same parts.

the touring package has larger rear brakes if i remember correctly...i remember being just as confused when i got my centrics, but even though my car "has all the options" it doesn't have the touring package (which i called lexus and had them verify with my VIN #).

+1 1Putt, i have had my Centric Premiums on for a 8 months and about 12K miles paired with Posi-Quiet Ceramic pads (which btw aren't quiet when its cold in the morning, lol)

What is the OEM SWB non-sport front rotor size?

I checked the previous owner service records of my new purchase and I can they have resurfaced the rotors at least five times. These puppies are coming out next week. Oh well, they did put on new tires and brake pads.

FWIW, the Bendix rotors I used warped after only a few thousand miles. I then replaced them with Centric Cryo and they were AWESOME. When I traded in my LS last year, they were still silky smooth to a stop after tens of thousands of miles.

I bought these rotors for my Ls460 F sport from R1 concepts in March. It takes 1 week to get it. It is made to order and they follow OEM spec. I compared my old rotors to the new rotors and it look exactly the same. I bought all 4 rotors with pads.

I would recommend Power Stop or EBC rotors/pads. I usually purchase the Yellowstuff pads from EBC. Do some internet research and you will find these two brands at the top.

hi, read the brake threads,

i know its a personalized topic most choose aftermarket rotors and pads.

my opinion find a good toyota/lexus dealer that you can get 20-25% off and always buy oem rotors and pads
best experience with oem unless your tracking car or constant fast stops at high speeds.
if thats case buy a gs350 sport
cheers

I wouldn't put OEM Toyota rotors or pads on my car again for anything. Roadfrog is spot-on about Centric or Stoptech Cryo-treated rotors. They aren't cheap, but you do it once with good ceramic pads (I used EBC Red) and you'll never have to do it again. I've done it with every Toyota car I've owned because of heat-related material transfer to the rotor and when the LS needs it it'll get them as well.

Here's another vote for EBC (I went slotted) and Yellowstuff pads.

I just did the rear pads...I think they may have been original...put Yellowstuff pads back there on the OEM discs. At some point, I may go crazy on the oversize OEM brake parts, at the wheels.
