The one on the right. In looking at the left front shock I can see the spring around it. Which I would guess indicates no air? I see no springs at all in the rear. Which then leads me to ask why does the vin decoder Tech Spec section show air, multi link?

I think your hunch is correct. The struts may be gas-filled, but I don't believe those assemblies would be considered "air suspension" in the normal sense.
