Can my backup camera on my 07 LS be upgraded? I noticed newer loaner Lexus' I drive have a much better camera

I wonder if the screen is also much better which gives the video that much more clarity

I've always thought my camera was superior to many other cameras i have seen/dealt with.

I wondered too if it was a higher resolution screen. Much sharper video in later models

What would be nice is to have the rear camera operable while the car is in drive and record, be nice to see all the dirt and rocks I can put on an Audi's windshield, haha
