I agree with wanting to know all the options. I paid $48K for 2010 LWB in November 2012 with 45k miles. It is loaded from what I know except the executive package with rear entertainment. I didn't need that with 3 children. Do some reaearch on Edmunds. Mine has the 19" wheels that are highly sought after per other threads. Also have the Mark stereo...not sure it's that great per some threads, but I like it. I did add a 10" subwoofer. Mine is black/black. Good luck!!!

Is this one at a Lexus dealer? Does it come with a CPO Lexus warranty? That adds some value to the deal. If not, you can still purchase the Lexus Platinum plan, since the car is still under the original factory warranty.

Do you have the Vin # yet? If so go to the vin decoder up in the tools section. Run the vin and it will tell you if you have the air suspension or not. Does it have the rear seat up grade? Not the exec upgrade but the 5 seat version? If so there is a complete list of upgrades that come with the option. Does it have power rear side shades or just the rear window shade?

I used the tool. It DOES NOT have the air suspension.
It has climate control front heated/cooled seats.
Rear heated seats/Power rear sunshade.
Power Door Closers
Still waiting on pics of the car interior.

Then yes, I think $40K is a very fair price for the car (assuming a clean CarFax/vehicle history and with regular, documented Lexus service). KBB shows a value of around $46K for a CPO 2011 with 48K miles. KBB can be on the high side, but the car is a solid value (in my opinion) at $40K from a Lexus dealer.
Good luck! Rick

Things to look for, get adaptive cruise. Look for the button on the right side of the steering wheel opposite the hold button. If it has a car (i think) then it has it.
Personally as someone who has an LS without air suspension, I will NEVER do it again. I don't care about it needing replacement as I always get a warranty. I would never buy another LS without it. Regular suspension is rough. And I wouldn't even look at one without adaptive cruise. I'd walk away. They are both must haves for me.
