P.S. Sorry, didn't realize you were still under warranty. It certainly means you're walking the walk with your 10k OIC.

I do not believe this is correct. I have a 2009 and the OIC is 5000 miles. And while I do get mail from Lexus from time to time, I have never received anything saying that the OIC was extended. And while I believe that my car would be fine at 10K with synthetic, I am not going to take a chance on a refused Emissions Warranty or Extended Warranty claim. Plus upon resale (in a year or to or maybe sooner), oil changes are the one thing that I think a smart buyer will check. Rotating the tires and "checking" the blah blah blah are things generally never considered when buying a used car, but oil changes are. I'd like something SOLID in writing FROM LEXUS before I'd go to 10K.
