So far in just a couple of months it is crystal clear to me when some people consider the LS one of the finest cars on the road. Every time I step in the car, it feels amazing, like an event. The car is so solid and compared to other Lexus models I can't see any obvious cost cutting or cheap parts.
I honestly wasn't expecting the amazing response from people in person with this car. So many times people wave, ask me to roll the window down to ask questions or give compliments or just flat out stare. We were leaving a restaurant and this couple was walking across the street and the guy literally walks around the car and gives the thumbs up. :thumb up:
It was used in the Vossen booth for FormulaD and seemed to get a great response from the younger crowd.
Negatives? I have heard the brake squeal and the MPG is around 15 average (though that is expected).
Plans? I think I am going to talk to a company to see if we can get some red leather in there. You can imagine the feedback I've given Lexus on offering red leather so maybe, just maybe something good happens in the future. I am now going back and forth with body kits, even thinking of helping to design one. I think the VIP crowd has that area covered and I could never match what they do, so like every Lexus I've modified I'm thinking of a OEM + Sport look, like F-sport magnified. Wheels will be changed soon and I need to put the stock for sale.
Overall I cannot say enough positive things about the LS.
Thanks bro.
Thanks Kira, I posted some plans above. If I really "build" the car I will start a build thread.
Thanks. It was right after our meet, the mall was completely empty due to the holiday so I got super lucky.
Thanks mann!
Thanks. I'm not first but I hope to push the LS F-sport to the forefront of cars that can be modified cleanly.
Hahaha, I hope to be up in Orlando later this year.
Thank you!
Parked next my bud "the beard" and his modded Focus ST at FormulaD

So far still no issues to report. It's funny going between the IS/GS/LS how the LS simply is head and shoulders in build, no further evidence needed than just opening the door. I am truly enjoying my time in the LS F-sport.
I took this pic today as I installed the new VFS-2 wheels.
