I think mine is about to. I bought the lip kit from one of the member on the forum brianlin87. They are discontinued, I might be going a different route as far as body kit.

Just dropping a line to say that I've had these tails installed for a few months now and i haven't had any problems and no leaking yet. We have had a LOT of rain and I've been through many car washes and not cloudy lights yet!

I used the gaskets that came with the lights and didn't reuse the old ones, and tightened everything with a wrench and not hand tighten. . .

Right on Petey! it hasn't rained here in the SoCal really since 2013, so I'm not even sure if mine leak or not, but going thru the car wash also no leaks all good. If you get a chance send us some of that rain please, haha.

Soooo......

Can we get an update on anyone's experience with these? Are they holding up? Leaks? Any issues crop up?

I am looking to get a set for Christmas.

No issues so far after about 6 months. You must be sure to use the gaskets provided and not forget the additional thin gasket strips it comes with and place it on the outlined section of the taillight. They make it easy. My only gripe is that I wish the turn signals were much brighter than what they are. I have noticed cars rushing up on me more than before on my normal commute where I make a lot of right hand turns.

Here's the cheapest I could find them. Still debating as I don't mind the stock tails, just throw some LEDs in there. Did mock checkout, free shipping...yeah!

Nope ...lol. You're probably thinking of the LED Audi style driving lights I installed.

That is a VERY good price. I just want to be sure that they are not smoked. Guess I can call them in the morning.

I posted earlier pics with a leak. Made some adjustments and have had no issues since.

I would seal the crap out of these lights. Windshield sealant comes in a strip, cleaner and easier to handle than gasket sealant
