So after several adjustments, I can't still get my passenger side (top big tail light NOT small piece) to fit flush like the driver side. It's hard to see but if you open the file and highlighted it will give better view. See image for more details. I think this tail lights will look much better if all the LED's activate. I might look into the optional kit that will allow you to have this features. I will look into this item and let you guys know. Overall, is not bad for the low cost upgrade with new look.
Tips: Make sure you mask all around the tail lights when you do this install to prevent scratches.

So what happens when you actually brake? Do they get even brighter or how will folks distinguish the difference? I personally like the acrylic glow for running lights and the two rows come on to really alert others you are braking.

This is how mine look while braking with lights on..same look as optional kit as you describe. So unless the brake lights get even brighter with this optional kit, I would pass on it..I want folks behind me knowing I am braking. The glow of the tubes as running lights are plenty bright and looks better than all of them on just for running lights imo

I had the opportunity to drive behind my car yesterday in bright sunlight. the brakes are bright enough, but i was a bit disappointed with the blinkers. . . could hardly see them because of the silver/chrome around it.
Also got to view the reverse lights from 65ft away in nearly direct sun and you could see the white lights and they were bright, but not Cadillac white like their reverse lights. and because i was on a slight angle i could clearly see the right reverse light but the left which was slightly angled away from me was almost not visible/definitely dimmer.
just some feedback! go do this test yourself and let me know your feedback!

Beautiful! getting ready to install spoilers as well.
At least we don't have to worry about aftermarket tails that are "pink" instead of a true red like these. Saw a dodge Caliper with aftermarket tails and his blinkers were more pink than red.
