For 2009 they did introduce that mid level model, but I never saw one anywhere. For 2008 it was just the two models - the $132,500 one with satellite radio (LOL) and the Premium Executive package one for $158,700, based on the specifications PDF from the link you provided.

Personally I'd consider the Executive package car as it has a Lexus warranty and all the good equipment. You can count on things like various air struts and upper\lower control arms at the front needing to likely be replaced as well at some point.

In the US this car would sell pretty fast for the price, and in CA these cars are pretty rare. $33K CA is equal to $30K US now. 90K kilometers is what, 56K miles? Warranty for easy repairs, pretty lowish mileage and loaded in good condition? Seems like it might be a a deal to me.
