2012 LS460 Purchase. What to look for?

I am buying a 2012 LS460 with 18K miles from a dealer. What should I look for in pre-purchase inspection and drive?

Thanks for all your inputs.

Check carfax, autocheck.com, take it toba body shop not affiliated with dealer, log on to myLexus and enter the VIN to get lexus history, take it to independent Lexus mechanic to investigate as well
