I did nothing because you don't change it, my old 460 had 149K with original fluid. My tech did inspection when I hit 100K but Judy like my old LS430 you don't mess with it. They are threads on this topic on both forums and some members don't believe Lexus recommendation not to change it, I however do and have gone way past on both cars with no issues. Both cars tranny's performed normally as expected.

Interesting topic as I'm looking at purchasing a 2010 or 2011 LS and the car fax off one I looked at showed the dealer preparing the car for CPO and changing the tranny fluid at 30K miles. Why would they do that if Lexus says it's doesn't need to be changed.
Also of interest is I now have an '02 Mercedes CL500 and Mercedes originally said the tranny fluid never needed to be changed but later backed off and said to change it after 40k miles. I personally change the tranny fluid in every car I've ever owned at the 25 to 30k mile intervals and have never had a tranny problem.

Changing Tranny Fluid
I follow the recommendations in the manual and have never had a problem on any Toyota/Lexus vehicle I have owned. Many years ago, I had problems with my secondary vehicles, a 77 Ford P/U and an 82 Chevy P/U. But in that time frame a lot of Detroit vehicles had issues. I started buying Toyota products in 1978 and moved up to Lexus in the 90's. Never a problem.

I can't speak on why that owner or dealer went against what Lexus recommends. I left my dealer about an hour ago and asked my tech about it just to be sure no changes were made. He confirmed that you don't touch the tranny fluid unless there is an issue with the tranny, which is very rare other than that it's inspection only.
