Default Buying a 2007 Lexus Ls460 L with excective seating need help on price!

My family is looking to purchase a used 2007 Lexus LS 460L with the options listed below from a private party. On top of factory options below it has an additional 2 headrest TVs and 22" inch tires and custom rims. Nice looking car ( to me at least). Clean title. About 70,000 miles no accidents. What would be a fair market private party price? I don't want to overpay I appreciate you expert opinions and if all goes well I hope to have this car in my driveway in 7-10 days and can post pictures and final price paid then. Thank you

@nhubbell2- I checked on nada guide and kbb and they both are stating about 38k in excellent condition and at clean condition about 36k-37k. Just my honest opinion i would definetely print both of those sites prices out and use those if needed in negotiating. Just as a side note double check all of car's service history through Lexus enform(FREE) and carfax and in doing so be on the look out for consistency of routine maintence with no huge gaps in service. And if all goes well then congrats on your new ride!!!!

Probably around 30K. I test drove a 2010 LS460 L with an executive package and 45,000 miles at a dealership about 2 months ago and it sold for $48,000. It was absolutely beautiful. Wish I'd bought it because they are like finding a needle in a haystack. They don't make many with the executive package and they are very rare. Good luck!

For Georgia, I was spot on. $40-41K for my '07 Executive with 59,400 miles, I too have 22's. Just had 60K service done. No problems. Didn't even have to replace the cabin filter. The Executive configuration is rare for '07 model year. Only a bit over 3,000 were exported to the US that year. I'm thinking if you got a good maintenance history and it's accident-free, $38K would be a good price. My numbers show the car has depreciated abot $2.6K a year over the last three years, so the '07s are holding value. If you find one for 30K, it'll be a hanger queen.
