Does anybody buy the basis of the suit - that VALUES of Lexus vehicles were driven DOWN by the "acceleration problem?" Just walking the CPO lot at my dealer, I see no evidence of this and CarMax said nothing of it when I had them evaluate both my 2010 ES350 and 2007 LS460, both subjects of the suit I believe (I received TWO cards.)

I received one for my 2007 LS 460 and another one for my 2010 GX 460. I filled out the information on their web site. I haven't heard anything and it only took a couple minutes to fill out...

I sent a letter in to the Court demanding I be excluded as a class action plaintiff. Both my ES and LS were traded in on new Lexi at fair market value unaffected (as far as I could tell) by the "acceleration problem." Thus, I have no basis for complaint and deserve no remedy for my non-injury. Shame on everyone that supports these shyster lawyers shaking down corporations for millions which WE ALL pay for in increased product prices.
