TSIB covereed by extended warranty?

TSIB covereed by extended warranty?
I need to do the "NV011-07: 07-08 LS 460/460L & 08 LS 600h: Instrument Panel Rattle Noise (TSIB http://www.lambros.net/LexusTechInfo...L-NV011-07.pdf) and was wondering if it is covered by the extended warranty? On the TSIB it says "Applicable Warranty*:
This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in
effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle’s
in-service date.

First I've heard of this issue - how bad is the rattle?
Anyone else have this problem?
I had the ignition switch TSIB replaced under warranty (but it was failing and needed replacement), so this one may be covered as well.

thanks for the feedback, so it's at the dealer's discretion if they are going to cover it or not? I was under the impression that "extended warranty" was covering TSIBs like the original warranty.
