I hear ya but don't make this a bigger issue than what it is. You'll see how simple it is once you look at the bulb and realize its just a stupid silicone cover. One of those metal dental floss hook things works perfectly. .good luck

I guess it's the fear of the unknown. I like taking things apart and putting them back together to see how things work. But your right it is easy to just ***** off. It will look like a different car at night when you do this such a nice upgrade for free.
