shaving rear fenders ls460?
How hard is it to shave the rear fenders without damaging the paint? I know if i roll them it could possibly crack the paint. I am currently running 295/25/22 on my rear with a 22x10.5 I plan on lowering it with B.C coil overs after winter. Does anybody know if I have to shave my fenders or can i just get them rolled, I believe my wheel offfset is a 30mm.

shave, and only shave imho. i did that on both my gs350 and ls460, the ls460 is thicker but just take your time

I say shave as well. I shaved my fenders on my GS with a good old fashioned metal file. It allowed me to take small amounts off at a time and to take it exactly where I wanted it removed. Even at stock height my rear right fender rubs against my 22's. I want to shave it but have been way to lazy

Shave is the way to go! I run that exact same tires and wheels +30mm and I had to shave. Tape the rear fender with masking tape (recommend a couple layers) and shave slow and take your time. Don't rush yourself, if you have to take a break, do it and come back to it later. Make sure you wear protective gears. Good Luck!
