About 5000K xenon bulbs

I bought garax 6000K bulbs and I'm not happy with them. Do you know if the Phillips d4s 5000K sold on eBay, that claim being made in Germany, are legit? Anyone with these, could you please chime in as to the quality of the light, etc? Thanks!
