I am getting some coilovers soon, but noticed a lot of people having camber issues when slammed, I am not looking to be on the ground, just wanna get rid of wheel gap. My goal is to have 1 finger between the tire and wheelwell. Is this doable without issues?
what size wheels do you have? To go from 4-5 finger gap to 1 will need about 1.5-2 inch drop. even with that little of a drop you'll have some camber issues but more toe issues.
the stock height is the safest height .LOL In the end the general rule is if you can keep it at an inch or less you should be able to get into the factory specs for the aignment
i'm lowered about that much (1 finger gap between tire and fender front, no gap between tire and fender rear, stock size tires and wheels) and i have minimal camber (less than -2*, iirc) -- i was still able to align the car to factory toe specs.
