Is $40,000 for a 2008 LS460 with under 12,000 miles a fair price?

Wow, strange coincidence. Very good investigative work. You outed me. Anyway, after the first couple of posts, I started really getting into character and honestly, started believing my own BS.
It was the best idea i could come up with when faced with the deadline of 6/14 when the Carmax offer and the dealer's trade in offer would expire, and the fact that 30 posts are required for listing in the classifieds and I only had 10 posts prior. I usually just read the forums ands have never really cared for Lexus products until driving a 2013 GS 350 on the track with the tour after which i bought the car.
This LS460 is a great car and can be had for $38,500 if anyone is interested.
Mods, do with me what you will as I am guilty, but I should get a few style points.

Www.cargurus.com gives a list of all the specified cars in ur area and tells u if its a great, fair, or poor deal based on the asking price compared to the true market value.
