You can go to Lexus website and request a free manual. That what I had to do to get one a few years ago.

Ok well turns out my own sensors were bad because the batteries were almost dead. Well Lexus wanted to charge me over 1k for new sensors installed and I thought that was kind of ridiculous. My car is under warranty but Lexus said since they didn't swap the wheels and tires out they can not warranty them... Bull****! So I ended up going back to discount tire and bought some aftermarket tpms and they installed and reprogrammed for 180 which was AWESOME! Thanks Discount Tire!!!!! #ProblemSolved!

Lesson learned and you are now happy..so that's good...but that extra $90 is in the wind and basically wasted.
Again, I am glad you are good to go now.

This is exactly why searching Google and Club Lexus threads is so vital and ridiculously easy with minimal effort..you could of got 4 new OEM sensors ready to install for under $90 or less. How do I know? Because I had to buy some and even posted up links in this forum. I'm sorry, but it had to be said. Folks who don't take time to research part numbers on the web will always pay way more than they have to of they only seek one source.
