Is there an aftermarket trim piece w/exposed driver's door keyhole?
It is to replace the piece that covers the keyhole, which comes off. If so, does anyone know where I may get one?

I went to a Lexus dealer and got a driver's door key cover. It's a plastic piece, and I believe it is like $14. I then went to a body shop, and they cut a precise hole in the cover (just large enough for the key to go through). Now, I can unlock and lock my car manually without having to remove the key cover (e.g. lock the car with the engine running).
