just got my focal utopia and JBL ms-8 in.....

will be doing an install on my 2010 ls460 sport shortly .....

wow nice gear! question though, any particular reason why you choose the ms-8 over the audison bit one?

also, which shop is going to be installing this? or are you going to do this on your own?

brian- i choose the ms-8 because i heard how it was in the ls460 of my friend and i will be having it done at a shop in new orleans bcuz that is where i am located now for work till next year

yes i have ML in my ls460 but its not cutting it haha so i need to upgrade ... will be doing a 12' fi audio in the rear also

Awesome I cant wait to hear. I was just asking about the ms8 in the 460 since I have it in my sc430 but the forum said it was a waste of money. Im sure upgrading to focals and a MS8 will sound way better. Just make sure you tell Wes no road noise or you wont pay him lol. What amps will you be using?

please post pics when possible. ML is not sufficient for my listening needs also but i'm skeptical on which shop can i trust with LS...also interested how rear sub will be mounted.
