Engine hesitation after oil change
I have owned three Lexus vehicles bought new. I have never had any problems period. Not saying I won't have some issue in the future, but what your describing is weird.

Since few people have updated this thread, I figured I'd keep it updated.
My service advisor just called and told me that they did a software re-flash and it "runs like it should".
He says they've seen about half dozen LS460s do this in the last 3 or 4 years, no explanation, car comes in for a routine oil change and then leaves with driveability issues. I'm going at lunch to pick it up.

Update 2:
Picked car up, drives 10% better but still screwed up. Paperwork says they updated the Transmission software and reset the memory.
The car runs smooth but when you mash the gas, it runs like its got half the horsepower.
Will be taking the car back again.

Seems to me your dealer techs don't know how to properly reset after servicing. I have never had an after service problem. The only problem I had with slower acceleration was after the valve spring replacement on my previous LS460. My service advisor said by the time I drove 100 miles, the ECU will learn how I drive. That's exactly what happened.

Update
This is an update for my post several months ago.......The dealer reflashed the cars computer to the latest software version as the service bulletin mentioned inthis post suggests. The car operates normally now. I will be changing my oil again in the next few days. We will see what happens!

Update to my post, didn't drive the LS all weekend, drove it today to the office to drop it off at the dealer at lunch, and halfway to the office, it started running better, and at lunch time, it runs 95% back to its "old glory".
Go figure. My guess is that the Adaptive transmission needed to re-learn?

This is the latest version of the hesitation TSIB. Based on what it says and with conversations with people at the dealership, I wouldn't be surprised if your car needs cylinder heads, especially since it is a 2007.
Your dealership's Diagnostic Specialist would need to drive it with the Techstream computer connected to record knock correct values and other parameters. If the values are outside the desired range, it can mean automatic replacement. That Techstream computer is a thing of beauty, by the way, but that's a different story.
Apparently, there is an issue with the valve guides, whereby they can make a noise that the knock sensors interpret as engine knock, and spark timing is retarded as a result. At the extreme, if this happens excessively, the car will not go very fast (or far).
For my own car, the software update thankfully did the trick (already two years ago).

when it can be fixed? it is OBVIOUSLY not the case at this point. I am just the type of person that if a car gives me massive headaches, i cut it loose. I dont have the time/money to be making payments on a car that i am hardly driving because it is in and out of the dealership. Right now, mine does not have warranty and i have the typical front "knock" that happens due to either the brake actuator or control arms. If this gets louder, then i will find a brake actuator somewhere for a decent price and have my mechanic swap it out. If that doesn't fix the problem then i will look into the control arms. If those get replaced and i still hear the annoying sound, i will pull the trigger and cut it loose they way the cut Michael Vicks for what he did. Cars are cars and i dont have the type of personality that likes to complicate life over a vehicle who is acting up all the time.

Most people that can afford to buy a LS460 can afford to have them repaired. With the issues you sound like you're having, maybe its better to pay an indy or a dealer to diagnose the issue before throwing money on an actuator that may or may not fix the problem.
