I do not see how all of these can be called flaws. With the release of some Lexus 2015 models, this is now an 8 year old used car. Things wear out, break from age etc. If the vehicle has gotten you this far without any major money out of pocket then would say it is a decent vehicle.

While SOME (small) number of these issues are no doubt wear-related, MOST of them are design flaws that became owner issues in many units shortly after production, NOT simple annoyances suffered by 2nd and 3rd owners 8 years later. In my case, the brake system was already in bad shape at 18k miles and went downhill from there, the ML amp died (noisily) in less than 30k miles, and the driver's seat was an instrument of torture out of the gate. All issues covered under warranty with no cost to me. Does that mean it was a "decent vehicle" and I have no cause to complain? Hmm...
