Can 2007 LS rear headrests be replaced with those from 2010 LS600hL?
I'm wondering if this is possible and if somebody has done it before? The butterfly headrests of LS600h are so soft that I want to have them. How can we remove the rear headrests? Thank you. Pics are appreciated. Here are the rear butterfly headrests:
