hi all,
with the sunroof tilted up and listening to some bass-heavy tracks, or while driving on rougher roads, the sunroof rattles pretty loudly. is this normal? do any of you guys experience anything similar?

Mine rattles when I hit a pretty good bump. I asked the Lexus dealer to check it out and of course they couldn't find anything.

should not be a rattle at all.. big bumps or not, mine has 70k miles on it and its completely silent over any road.

Mine is completely silent in all positions when the weather is cold. In warm weather, the sliding shade rattles when open. This is my 3rd LS and all of them had sunroofs that rattled. This one rattles the least. Thankfully, when the shade is closed it doesn't rattle. The sunroof in my Infiniti M35 never rattled. The other Lexus models I owned had rattling sunroofs also. It's a quality problem Lexus needs to address.

hmm i was listening to some music this morning and noticed a very slight rattle as well. i slightly pushed the sunglass holder/garage opener and the rattle went away.
