LED Reverse lights?
Has anyone replaced their reverse lights with LED? I would really like some more light back there. Saw some on ebay but not sure if anyone had experience with them.
Thanks!

This is the kind of thing I was talking about. They come in 10, 15, 30 and 38 LED.
Anyone tried this?

The best place for these is Deal Extreme in Hong Kong, they ship direct to you for free and will be half price anything on EBay and they are a reputable source, I have purchased from them for years, great company and you get the product in about 5-7 working days
here is a 1.9 watt with 38 elements for half price

Any of the T10 bulbs will work, so you may want to scan through all of them until you find one that you like and then just try it out, its inexpensive enough at 3 bucks a bulb to your door.

Does anyone know which LED would be used to replace the trunk lid wedge based bulb and which would be used to replace the double ended bulb in the stationary trunk light?
I would like LEDs back there for those times I forget to close the lid.
Thanks for the reference to the LED source, looks like a great site.

That would be a T10
I replaced both of mine (lid and under the rear deck with these

they can go in all four door panels too!

i'm considering changing my reverse lights as well.
the 5% tint sure cuts back on the view out the back... even with the camera.
while buying LEDs for my Tundra i found that some bulbs off ebay can be very cheap. not saying they all are, but i do think you get what you pay for when it comes to LEDs.
V-LEDS is the best company i've dealt with. the brightest ones i've seen by far.

from the fitment guide on their site it seems our reverse light bulbs are 921's and they have them stock for $49.99

After having to reverse in total darkness once, and realizing that the incandescent reversing lights provide no illumination whatsoever, I too decided it was time for an upgrade. I've had these W16W LEDs for about 9 months now:
