I am located outside the US so my LS did not come with HomeLink. I know it's not available as accessory as most accessories are made for the US market and HomeLink comes as standard.

Would it be possible to buy the necessary parts & install it? How complicated would it be?

Such a luxury car should come with this necessary feature all over the globe.

you also might want to be aware that frequencies may be different overseas and you may not be able to use the setup once installed
