If they are not available as an accessory, perhaps they can be ordered as a replacement part using the VIN number of an actual LS460 sport as a reference?

Perhaps sponsors can chime in on prices, discounts, availability.

Thanks
If you are in the Washington, DC area, there is a like new set of the LS Sport wheels and tires with only 58 miles on them for $2,200 or best offer. Not sure if that is a good deal or not but I'm sure these won't come up too often either.

Default Buying through Craiglist

Thanks for the link I contacted that seller.

What information should i get from the seller about themselves before sending any money?

The seller has written to me from one email address and provided another email address for paypal and insisting I make the payment or they have another buyer.

I am not yet ready to make the payment as I am waiting for quotes from shipping companies. I am located outside the US and shipping can be expensive so I want to receive the quotes before deciding. Also the shipping company needs to pick them up as is and then package them so I am awaiting a quote on that matter also.

I dont even know the seller's name or contact number. What information should I request before sending the payment or to determine geniune seller? Or just walk away and wait until something comes up at a wheel dealer? I have previously purchased from a couple of wheel dealers on Ebay as well as Sewell so I didnt need to worry about who I was dealing with or packaging, etc.

Thanks

If they are not local, you disregard anything they say. Rule #1 with Craigslist as it is stated all over the website, avoid deals that are not local, especially out of country. So, keep looking for a local deal before you get scammed

The issue is not the seller who is local to me so I don't think it would be a scam b/c it is really for pickup only. The issue is that the potential buyer is out of the country so from the seller's standpoint, I would not ship it out of the country either. There are more scams from a sellers standpoint shipping out of the country. Also, the email thing is somewhat normal. Paypal will not let me use my personal email account, I have to use my work email.

Roderick (MRR wheels) might have Lexus-specific wheels that work.
