To anyone that was trying to get ahold of Henry on Saturday 11/29, I apologize. You see, I was holding him hostage in Las Vegas.

I flew Henry to Las Vegas and then held him hostage until he installed three VAIS units and two Prestigious Society overrides.

This guy is a class act and knows what he's doing. Henry brought all the necessary tools, gear, and even towels to assist with the install. He is a real pro. I could not believe how fast he was able to do the two installs on the LS460's, and even on the GX470, which was his first install ever on that vehicle.

If you are needing an VAIS or Prestigious install done, and you have a way of getting your car to Henry, or Henry to your car.....do it. You will not be disappointed.

The dude is a straight up Lexus Guru. I still haven't come across another member that knows more about these cars. ( actually flipside is pretty damn knowledgeable )

i just bought a 2008 LS460L and was wondering how i could get a USB port added to my ML system. sounds like Henry is the guy. Im in Las Vegas so i wish i would have known about his trip out here sooner so i could have gotten him to do an install on my car.

I met Henry awhile back, and if you think he's knows his stuff, you should meet his other half... His patner! During MY install they worked hand in hand and put the P in professionalism... Who ever has the opportunity to deal with Henry WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED...

I drove 2400 miles round trip to have Henry install my Prestigious Society override. Of course being retired made it more pleasurable.

Henry did a first class job and I would have likely sold the car by now without the added functionality.
