clunking when braking part 2
Okay so I took the car in the dealership and they fixed other things and ignored that clunk sound when braking.
after complaining, they took the car back and raised it up..couldn't find anything broken/loose in particular that could have caused that clunk sound. One thing i noticed is that when braked, the clunk sound is from the rear...it doesn't sound like it's from the brake itself but caused by the suspension or drive shalf colliding with it other because it was loose...sound like two pieces of BIG metal colliding..making a "CLUNK" sound when braked to a complete stop.
any idea anyone what have caused it? drive shalf??? this is so frustrating!!

okay so after more driving around intensely listening to the sound, I discovered that when shifting from drive to park when the car comes to a stop it make a softer but similar "clunk" sound. Must be related to driveline, transmission or something similar.
Anyone has any idea?
