I pay $89.95 for 9.1 quarts of FULL SYNTHETIC TOYOTA 0-20 oil and a new filter cartidge at TOYOTA. BE SURE and dipstick your car because most those fools don't have a clue how much oil a 460 holds. My Dealer wanted $140 for an oil change. Just my opinion, but if you are going to keep a car to fairly high mileage, I'd surely recommend changing the oil, YES, full synthetic, at at least 7,500 miles TOPS. If you have a 460 under Warrranty, you better have documentation you did it every 5,000 if your engine craters on ya. Lexus recommends every 5,000 so let your conscious be your guiide. My neighbor works for Lexus and he says NEVER use anything but 0-20 wight oil, full synthetic in the 460.

This worked perfectly! Thank you very much!

I was wondering why my LS 460 oil say 5-20 or 0-20. I’ll be using 0-20 from now on.

I use synthetic 5w20 in summer and 0w20 in winter. I change oil every 5k miles or twice a a year even the reminder set for 10k miles oil change.
