I got mine for 43K with half the mileage and I have all the same options. If it was CPO then I would say yes. I think you can find a better deal if you wait a little longer.

That 2008 is basically what I have. Black Sapphire Pearl with Alabaster interior. I got mine from a dealer but it wasnt CPO.
That mileage for an 08 is pretty high.
I think the CPO gives you an extended warranty though so you should be fine. My GS400 has a 170K miles on it and it runs like a champ so as long as the mileage doesnt scare you off I would say thats a decent deal. I think you will start seeing the prices of used ones come down some more as the 2010 inventory really hits.

I also had a 98 GS400 that had Swift Intake, Lowered, Miller exhaust that over 170,000 miles that I sold to my neighbor and still drives great. I miss it when he drives by me and I could hear the exhaust growl at me LOL!! I'm on the way to look at the 08 LS460...the miles doesn't scare me at all and plus its CPO. I hope this will be my last car I purchase lol.

I wouldn't let the mileage concern me. I consider higher mileage in that short of time a good thing personally - it means most of it is undoubtedly highway which is far better than 15,000 HARD bumper-to-bumper traffic, short trip miles.
Good luck - let us know how you make out.

I guess the '08 is a better deal than the '07.
The price is lower than what I would expect given it's an '08 CPO. D-check the common issues before buying (wind-noise, amplifier, ...etc).
Good luck!
