Thought I'd pop in to share this from the J-Drama Koish(profanity editor at work)te Akuma (Vampire Boy) ep 5. 
On the shows Toyota sponsors, most the time the cars are in stock condition. Was happy to see this variant. I dunno much about the 460 parts on this one.

Neat! Thx for the pics and sighting. It's rare to my knowledge of seeing a modded LS on TV, whereas stock models are listed here:

Another show I recall seeing VIP styled cars was the J-drama You're Under Arrest, Taiho Shichauzo 逮捕しちゃうぞ from 2002. They had a Cimas, Celsiors and a VIP styled van. I'd say mainly the shows feature euro sedans or Toyota's Century. Modded ones are rare sightings.
