Does anyone know how to set the address book sort order (last, first vs. first, last)? I transfered 700 names from my BlackBerry but don't find the address book useful when ordered by first name. I've tried reordering on the BlackBerry before I download but it always comes up First, Last in the car.

The sunshade should go up after you a) put it in drive and b) exceed a certain speed (5 mph?). At least this is the case in the UCF II LS 430.

correct, once you put it from R to D, you need to start driving and get to certain speed before the rear shade goes back up

in all 460-600 ls'es also after reversing ant then parking in P it will also go up again if it was up before reversing.

Great thread, here is another one (thanks Burnaby!)
How to keep the BT connection alive on your phone when you turn off the engine?

Here's how you do it:

1. Leave your engine on and your transmission in Drive - with the brake depressed, of course.
2. Turn off your engine.
3. Place the transmission in "Park".
4. Manually depress (or engage) the parking brake.

Your car is now in Accessory mode and your BT link can continue uninterrupted.

Great Thread - especially for us late LS adopters. Need to spend some time with my BB's to see if I can get them to sync - have an 8800 and the new BB Touch.

i an close all my windows holding the lock button on my door handle!

can anyone confirm another phone for sprint that can transfer all contacts easily. i use the htc touch pro now. any other pdas that might work?

yes im in florida. if i get out of my car and all windows and sunroof are open, all i do is hold the door handle lock button for several second and all of them close

oh on the door handle... yea that will work just like all other lexus. i thought you said lock button on the remote, now that shouldn't work on us spec cars
