How can one tell whether one' vehicle is older than this and thus included. Which numbers above are the critical numbers.

look at the last few digits (016030). unless lexus has changed its setup, otherwise this is the number of the vehicle produced, starting from 0 and go up from there

I think they're adding extra insulation to the LWB from what the tech told me.
Some LWB have complained about wind noise, while others have not...
