I would be really surprised if you got $8K off.

It doesn't seem like I will get $8k off. They have a lil' to play with at $67k but they won't go much lower. I ended up having an early dinner with the wife today.Across the street from The Cheesecake Factory was Mercedes of South Orlando. It seems they are having some lease specials.Long story short, I test drove the e550 sport, it was ok.As luck might have it, there was an 07' e63 available as well. With the sticker being $93.5k blah, blah, 5k down $1250 a month for 33 months.WOW!!! That's the same thing I'm paying now for the LS.I am leaning towards the MB with every breath I take....

I hope for your sake that you keep the car the whole term. AMG's depreciate like no other car on the planet. I have played that game 4 times.

If you have to do it, get the CLS instead. The E will be redesigned while you are still under term, and will kill the value. The CLS is still new.

I probably need to sit down and relax. I always make hasty decisions.I am headed to Miami tommorow for a lil r&r. I hope to clear my head by the end of the weekend.

well we tried to get a new one in chicago land, but each dealer has maybe 3-5 in stock, so its hard to get one with the options we wanted, and alot of the cars coming in are order cars, biggest discount we were offered was 2K off of msrp, that is with tellin them we will go to my work place and buy a used one with check book in hand....so we went for a used one 07 8,600 miles, black on black, msrp originally was around 73K, has the comfort plus package with rear recliners, power doors, levinson etc etc 63600+849 shipping to chicago with my work place

I have to look at the print out at home but I believe it is the $71k optioned vehicle.I don't think there is a $73k swb unless they are inflating the price or adding some dealer items.

This week I paid 65,787 for a new (built in May) LS460 with Nav, comfort package, intuitive parking assist, trunk mat, cargo net & wheel locks--plus dealer added chrome wheels and tint.
