I think in the U.S., the truffle mica is only offered with the Launch Edition 600hL(limited to 100) & that only comes with the Alabaster leather with Dark Brown Ash Burl wood trim ?

Up here we can order the Truffle Mica even with the LS460. Couple weeks ago, I saw a Truffle Mica 600hL at the Auto Show, looks really good

Thanks for the well-wishes. Of course it's still probably several months before I get the car. And rest assured, I will be keeping the GS--it's simply too fine a car to give up.

My wife and I looked at all the interior color choices in person and found that we liked the gray leather and black wood combination the best. Also, we have found the gray interior on our GS to be both pleasing to the eye and surprisingly cool on hot days.

As for the truffle mica, the press releases on the Nieman Marcus Launch Edition have been somewhat unclear on whether truffle mica itself is an exclusive color or if the combination of truffle mica with the alabaster interior is the exclusive choice. If we can't get truffle mica, then at least we've got other good choices!
