Am I correct in that there has been no posts from a member who has taken delivery of the LWB with the Touring Package? I ordered one back on October 20th and still have no idea when I will get the car.

Anybody else out there who either has taken delivery of one, or who is in the same boat as me?

Mine doesn't have that package but I did test drive a LWB with this package at the dealer. It was a black on black. The car handles pretty well considering its size and the rear a/c "machinery" in the trunk but it wasn't so much different from the normal LS-460 I ended up buying.

I thought someone in PA had the LS460L with the touring package! Unless he had the LS460, then I am mistaken.

The Touring Package is unique to the 460L and not available for the SWB version according to the LS brochure and my dealer. Don't know if it can be successfully special ordered in SWB but worth a try. I think its more complicated though than just changing out the wheels, tires and brakes.

I have had the Touring package in the 460L for about 6 weeks and I think a few others at CL have bought one too.

i think the touring package has the air suspension and also special swaybars, as well as variable steering? so many different options my head is spinning already

Thanks for the link, now I remember I've seen those pics , but somehow, I didn't associate those images in my head to a car of an actual owner of a Touring Package LS460L posting here They actually used those 5-spoke wheels for the SWB LS460's shown in auto shows earlier this year . . .

Got my touring package a little after hendjaz. Be patient. Your dealer should have about a 10-day delivery notice.
