My car reaches port today. I was wondering if anyone has a rough estimate of how long it takes from port to the dealership (Pittsburgh). I was thinking 3-5 days. Is this about right?

We are in NY.

I was told it would arrive in port on Monday, and the car was ready for me to pick up on Thursday.

A very exciting week. I actually took off from work on Thursday & Friday so I could learn the car.

Still learning...........

My car arrived @ Jacksonville (port) on 11/7, was at the dealer on 11/10. I am in Atlanta, so probably a little closer than you.

Noted your options did not include the ML audio. Could you tell us why you decided against? For info, I have the same option package but that was all that was available unless I wanted to order and wait until Jan. I sometimes wonder if I should have waited for the ML-so I continue to be curious when others like yourself order a LS without the ML. I think the standard stereo package is fine in the sound department.

That is a good question. It wasn't available at the time for me either but I wouldn't have changed my order even if it was. I felt that since Lexus does such a nice job with the stock stereo system (especially for the LS) that the ML was excessive for my use. I appreciate good sound quality and sometimes rock out but I don't think I would ever find the stock system unsuitable. This is in no way a slap in the face to those who ordered it or have it as I am sure it is great but it just isn't something I value.

I ordered it on 10/21 so it has been about a month (although it seems much longer!)
