Where is that video?

Good read though. Basically the new S-Class biggest competitor, it will be a huge battle between the two...

I think that the InsideLine.com main page might have had a typo, as I looked at other first drives and they don't have videos with them.

Anyhow, it's set to be a major battle indeed, but so far the New LS looks like it has come out covered with roses...'whatever you could possibly want in a luxury car'...done better than anyone else. It looks stunning in the photos, can't wait to see it in person!

Edit: VIDEO FOUND!!!! http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do...del=LS%20460#2

Estimated EPA mileage ratings of 19/27 sounds great for a big V8 sedan.

One thing that strikes me is how the car looks so great in motion!

The LS (especially the LWB version) looks very sleek in the video. Not too thrilled about the front, abit too "nose dive" and flat. Lexus might have compromised the look for optimal coefficient of drag.

Can't wait to see one in person.

Apparently the video, as with all the recent LS 460 first drives, tests etc was shot in Salzburg, Austria. A beautiful place, birthplace of Mozart!

18 cu ft. of cargo area unless equipped with the 4-zone auto A/C at which point it's reduced to 12 cu ft?!?!? Is that a typo? How can it lose 6 cu ft? That's a lotta space for the extra compressor maybe.

That's including the meat locker option.

One thing I read somewhere the trunk space in the S550, way larger than the LS460. Oh well. No biggy. I'll have to watch the video when I get home. Edmunds also posted some extra features that the LS will have with the packages or as standard, check out straighline for details.
