One thing I read somewhere the trunk space in the S550, way larger than the LS460. Oh well. No biggy. I'll have to watch the video when I get home. Edmunds also posted some extra features that the LS will have with the packages or as standard, check out straighline for details.

I thought this detail was fascinating:
The luxury package includes a headliner made of ecsaine, which is a suedelike material used by Yves Saint Laurent and his ilk for couture apparel.

1900 RPM at 80 mph!!
Based on the video and a quick calculation, the LS460 will do 80mph at 1900 rpm (assuming it was already at the 8th gear in the video).
Pretty impressive! I think the new RX350 can do the same too.

that's a great trend that lexus is doing. they don't just make the car more powerful and boost the engine. they m ake sure eveyrthing is improving, which is what brought them to this (and i am talking about all lexus, 460 or 350 or 250), more power, smoother, and more efficient
