I do have to agree that Lexus has pretty conservative wheels for the LS, but then again, the LS has always been the most conservatively designed Lexus in their lineup.

I like the new wheels of the redesigned SC, GS hybrid, IS, and Ultra-Lux ES. It definately has a bit more character than the 5-spoke ceiling-fan-like wheels, or the 9-spoke slices-of-pizza-like wheels of the new LS.

The 19" 7-spoke on the LS600hL looks better than those on the LS460's.
The standard wheels on the S class is not that great either, but they have optional wheels that are much nicer from the factory, but you can pay a lot more for those . . . just go with aftermarket wheels with Lexus, if you want the nicest wheels you usually have to go with aftermarket anyway.

yup agree, the 19s on the ls600hl is the best of all on the LS so far. but lexus has always had problems so far on wheels imho anyway.

like andrew said, to me i don't really care, not like the stock wheels will be on for long

Default 19" Option on LS 460

There is a 19" option on the LS 460L (part of the touring package).

Yes, I noticed that too, I wonder if it's the same 19" rims as those on the LS600hL. I really hope Lexus would give us more choices of wheels( & better looking ones).
From what I saw of pictures taken in Japan posted in either the IS or GS forums, the dealers in Japan seem to have more wheel choices to offer than we have here . . .

yup, i believe in japan they have couple more choices -- and better ones too imho

i think the spider wheels for the GS and IS look pretty nice, but i dont' think they will work on the LS.
