270 lb-ft torque? I hope it's a typo too. The current one has 312.

Is it just me, or does the LS seem to have a larger wheel gap?

I think the wheel gap of the pics on this new site is a lot larger than the other pics I have seen.

Yeah figured most folks get the LS for the plush and quiet ride. Let's hope the new LS will have a "Sport Package" option with larger wheels (19 inch perhaps) and a bit lower. That'll nicely fill up the gap

Default It's a bit too simple...

Nice website. It's beautiful, but not groundbreaking.

Considering that Lexus has called the LS "the most technologically advanced car" to come into the market, it's quite embarassing that they have a simple high school level website for the LS.

C'mon Lexus!!! Up the ante!!! Even the new ES has a better website!!!

well, the ones we have seen are all prototypes. in my experience they always have less wheel gap. on production cars, suddenly you see a much larger one

"Yet another world's first in the groundbreaking LS 460 L: Lexus voice-activated HDD Navigation -- the first automotive navigation system to use an onboard hard drive instead of a DVD."

I think it's more like "yet another marketing guy who doesn't know what he is writing about".

I liked the website, but I realized after perusing all its links that it's all cake and no filling...looks spiffy but doesn't add anything new except pretty pictures.

But I think the site has potential to grow, just like 'allnewis.com' grew nicely.

I did find the HDD 'first ever' a bit funny as the original Lexus NAVI had HDD, of course a lot smaller.

I'm guessing that since this site is not linked to on the Lexus.com main page, it is just a beta test of some kind?

What color would you say the car is in this link? I/m sure it has been enhanced on the computer, but is it mercury metallic?

I HATE those wheels. Gross. The only LS that ever had nice wheels was the '04-'06 Sport. All the others are bland and look like the wheels off an econocar.
