Not sure if anybody notice, but there is no kilowatt meter(hybrid meter) and chose to keep the tachometer. Or is this displayed on the main screen?...

Hybrid meter is actually depicted on the left most guage in the cluster. The actual digital kW reading is in the center information screen in the center of the cluster.

Look at what Piano Black interior has done to the following vehicles:

Honda Inspire (U31)



Nissan Fuga (Y50)


These cars received the "ALL-BLACK" treatment and they look absolutely stunning. You can even call them "Dark Assasins of the Night".

Seriously, if Honda and Nissan were able to apply the "ALL-BLACK" and transform their respective cars into "deadly assasins", then what more with Lexus applying the same thing to the LS 600h/LS 600hL both inside & out?!?!?!?

People could probably even call it a "Dark, Black, Stealthy BEAST from the Netherworld"

Seriously, they should REALLY consider such. Heck, I wouldn't imagine on what kinda of sparkling gem they can make out of it.

Indeed that it is time for an "ALL-BLACK" revolution and that time is NOW!!!

About the hidden lines... my new RX also have them hidden so I expect them gone for the production vehicle...

...i think you should be able to customize the interior with the woods and colors and special order it... that would be really really good.

I showed my friend that picture of the spare tire and he was shocked... He was in love with the S550 until i showed him the LS600hL... Now he wants high res photos to make it the background of his PSP and Computer...

yup i noticed that, that's crazy. and it even shows the exact psi numbers, not just low pressure warning. very very nice

another thing to keep in mind. seems like the ls600hl WILL have spare tire, unlike the gs450h, which has to resort to runflats and no spare. am i correct? this is great news! i hope that also means there will be no runflats on the ls600hl i haven't gotten over my sc430 runflats nightmare yet

Yes, looks stunning , but a very dark blue car can look black depending on the lighting conditions, especially from pics.

True. This is a dark blue/purple that can look black at times.
