A friend has one for sale on FB that could meet your budget after you painted it. He had a full kit for $400 I think(not sure might have been somewhere between $300-450) can't access FB at work to verify. His name is Tom Nyugen, he's in Va.

I'm at work and cannot FB or have cell phones here due to the tight security here. But if I can remember in the morning when I get off I'll ask him for an email. He's on FB though under that name, I talk to him all the time, lol. He's on the LS400/430/460 Page and LS400 Classifieds page.
