Hey Hilo,
I have an 03 as well with the ivory/birdseye maple trim.
If you have the same problem as me the arm rests are worn through, not cracking or anything but its like the leather has just gotten sanded down.
Have you ever considered leather paint? they make it in our color I think, considering it as an option.
There are also a couple wrecked ls near me in a compatible color, I can look for the both of us

Bump anyone willing to help me out? There are a couple of panels that will work for me on ebay but they will not ship to Hawaii. If someone is willing to let me ship to them and then ship to me it would be a great help. I can compensate for your time and for helping me out.
