The bolts that attach/lock the calipers onto the rotor (front)

do you mean the '95-00 caliper MOUNTING bolts?

because calipers don't bolt to the rotor (that would kind of...not work.)

Dealer sells these for $5.00 each. You need four so $20.00 total. Just buy them new.
