I bought them off ebay awhile ago. They are marked 37511-50040. Manufacturer stamp is TOYO. As far as parts go, they appear to be high quality, especially the rubber.
If you have a good cross reference for the part number, I would go with that.

I bought these for a 1990 LS400. The part number cross checked at lexuspartsnow.com show it is for 1994-1997 Lexus400. Member puredrifter in this thread mentioned that his parts search showed that this part was for 1995-1997. This makes more sense as these are Generation 2 models.

Yes, still have inner tie rods. I have looked at the repair in the manual and would say this is not a simple repair, at least not as easy as outer tie rods.
